We just wanted to be in touch to express our sincere thanks for the efforts of the hbh Property Team.

 We were very impressed with the guidance and advice we received from you and the efforts of Jamye in renting out Mum’s house, and the extremely efficient manner in which this occurred.

It is a very emotional and difficult time for us with the passing of our beautiful mother and it feels quite strange not popping into Elder Street.  You all helped make the change in our lives a little easier.  We just hope the tenants enjoy some wonderful times living there.

After 12 years of renting, Jamye is by far the best Property Manager we have ever had. Communication was excellent, any maintenance issues were promptly fixed and during inspections Jamye was always very respectful and professional. Having had our fair share of absolutely awful Property Managers, renting through Jamye was like a breath of fresh air. If all property managers were like her, the world would be a better place. 11/10 would recommend

The professionalism that was shown and the consistent communication between us ensured that everything went smoothly throughout the entire process and if there were any issues, they were dealt with promptly. Whilst it was a shame that I never got to met any of your friendly faces, the conversations we had on the phone were pleasant and those who I did talk too took the time to listen to the problems and deal with them straight away.
