I wanted to take the time to send through an email to you given your position on the executive team, to express how wonderful our property manager Jackie is. She is always responsive, warm, and continues to go above and beyond to support us, our tenants, and the success of our property. Below is just the most recent example of this, going out of her way to collect a Christmas present from the property that I mistakenly sent there instead of our new home.

Jackie has gone to great lengths this year to progress the resolution of some maintenance at our property, despite being borderline ignored by our strata management company. Her ability to continuously politely chase up tradesmen, property managers, etc has demonstrated more patience and kindness than I ever could!
