Originally from Dubbo NSW, I have come to know Canberra and its many wonders over the last 5 years and now call it home. Customer satisfaction is always a top priority for me. I have a wealth of knowledge on industry legislation and procedures ensuring my clients and their properties are managed to the highest of standards. She is always responsive, warm, and continues to go above and beyond to support us, our tenants, and the success of our property. Below is just the most recent example of this, going out of her way to collect a Christmas present from the property that I mistakenly sent there instead of our new home.

Jackie has gone to great lengths this year to progress the resolution of some maintenance at our property, despite being borderline ignored by our strata management company.
